From a patient-specific hematologic, cytogenetic, and molecular profile, the calculator returns a tailored IPSS-M score, its corresponding risk category, and the time estimates for LFS, OS and AML transformation. The calculator accounts for missing values, in which the IPSS-M is calculated under the best, average, and worst scenarios.
